When are the new DVDs going to be up on the site with the previews/for sale? I know the pre-order pages say they will be readyin 90 days...but 90 days from when? 90 days from today? 90 days from 2 months ago? What?

90 days is a just an estimate. We don't know when they'll be ready or when clips will be up.

At the Road Trip, Chris said on Friday that it would be approximately 4 weeks more. HTH!

He said they had about 2 weeks more for authoring the DVDs, then another 2 weeks for duplication. Maybe that's where you heard the "2 weeks" and got confused. It was somewhat hard to hear him with all the cross-talk, anyway. We were a very excited group ;-)

According to the 7/27 blog, the DVDs went out for authoring on 7/30 ... which would mean they may have finished that on Aug 13, which means that they will finish burning them on Aug 27th. Which, as someone told us already, means they most likely will come out right around the beginning of Sept!
It seems Cathe has been busy with the roadtrip blogs, but I would not be surprised if sometime this week she puts up the announcement that the authoring is done and the DVDs have gone out for burning. I wonder (hope) if the clips will go up for us to preview, before the burning is finished. I'm just anxious to view the clips so that I can decide if I want to buy. I know it'll probably cost me $20 more since I didn't pre-order, but I'd rather spend an extra $20 to wait and make sure it's something I can do before dropping $60 and realizing they are too tough for me. Also, the site I get my Cathe DVDs through usually sells them for about 10-20% cheaper, plus free shipping for orders over $50 ... so the price in the end may come out pretty close to the CAthe site pre-order cost.
