Recovery week

Tomorrow is my last meso 1 workout. Start recovery week on Sund. What did you ladies due during your recovery week? Thinking yoga, waking and abs and a bit of stretching,
 
Buffy, all the things you mentioned are fine..just don't lift any weights. I worked out every other day doing cardio, pilates and abs.
 
I did some yoga and some casual biking. I think I did a couple of Cathe step DVDs, but that was about it. It felt really good to take a break, and I was ready to get back into the swing of things when the week was up.
