Recovery week question

Hi,

I am wondering what are the guidelines for the recovery week? I didn't find much information in the book about it.

Are you supposed to just do cardio and rest from the weights? I am just finishing my last week of Meso 1 so I need to figure out what to do for next week.

Ditto what the "good" posters above said.

DH and I are rebels because for meso2 recovery week...we couldn't resist weights. We are sick that way. :)
 
Any workout that you choose to do just ask yourself this simple question(s)..."is doing this workout keeping my muscles from recovering in order to give the next mesocycle my all?" OR "Would I have been able to lift heavier this week if my muscles weren't so tired from doing what I did during last weeks recovery week?"


What about mat pilates (Winsor) with 3-pound weights?
