Recommend a workout,pls?

Hi,
I was wondering if you could recommend a workout that's similar in intensity to C&W? Haven't been working out consistently lately, and find my joints a bit uncooperative. I can last an hour on an elliptical. Can run/walk x 30 minutes and would like a workout that's challenging but reasonable. C&W was pretty good and so was the KPJ step routine. I'm not fond of kickboxing routines though. I'm looking for workouts after the Body blasts and Intensity series. Thanks!:)
 
Have you previewed Low Impact Circuit. In my opinion, for the most part it's easy on the joints. You could modify when/if needed. Right now that's all I can think of. I'm sure others might have some ideas too.
 
I second Low Impact Circuit as your best choice.

Cathe has many workouts in circuits but I'm remembering that they're mostly higher impact than C&W, though may be modified if desired.

The High Step workouts are excellent but focus much more on strength with short cardio "blasts." High Step Circuit is low impact.
 
Forgot about Body Fusion.

I think the other intermediate set, Low Impact Step/Total Body Sculpting has a combo circuit premix but I've never tried it.
 
Have you looked at High Step Circuit? I like that one when I'm trying to get back into a routine.

Low impact step/TBS are both AWESOME workouts! And i love body fusion...

I also agree with low impact circuit...its a goodie too.
