Today was Taebo Max Intensity all of it.

Car in shop so can't get to the gym.

Ok if you had to choose between HardStrikes, Rockout Knockout or Rockem Sockem what would you pick might be able to swing 2???

Hi Annette,

Hands down - Hardstrikes. I love everything about it. The first 15 minutes have a lot of jacks but I am ok with that. It's pure fun fun fun - and then some.

Today I did ICE lower body something or other. I really liked it - a lot. And, my thutt is sore. Love these meltdowns.

Thank goodness it's friday ladies. I hope you all got in a good workout.

Sandy - wow that took you a long time to get home the other evening. I work 7 km from my house. I live right on a main artery in toronto - bloor street so it can take me 20-25 minutes to get to work somedays. My counselling practice is only 3 kms from my home! Even better.

Rockout Knockout is growing on me...so I don't know for sure what I would pick..

I really like Rockout Knockout and Hard Strikes. They're both great... fun music and both have heavy bag bonuses which makes me real happy. After these two I was expecting something a little different from Rockem Knockem... and after having done it 4 times within a month it's grown a little on me. It's a good workout, but I prefer the other two.

Unfortunately I'm still sick in bed. My fever is down, but my stomach pain is keeping me up all night.

Once I have recovered I will need to ease back into it, or else I may get sick again. I am not up for that. I'm thinking of Cize, some of the less intense KCM 30 min... and then only one workout at a time, TurboFire 45ez... maybe even try Brazilian butt lift which I have lying around, but have never tried. I think the key is lower intensity, shorter workouts and not 6 days a week... at least for a few weeks, and then I can hopefully (re)start the Xtrain/ICE rotation.

Conni - how long have you been doing the Live workouts? Are they as good as the youtube clips make them seem?

Ohhhh no.. I hope you get better soon, it's no fun being sick!! You've got the right idea to ease into, hopefully you'll have this thing kicked soon!!!
 
I have the day offf!!!!!!! Yay!!, I did X10 Step, ICE MM back, then Icy Core 2! Then I did meditation, acupuncture, chiropractor, had a healthy lunch, did some shopping and I might go take a nap now.....ahhhhhhh I sooo deserve this!! Have a great day and weekend ladies!!!!

Hi ladies, today Idid 4Ds cardio extreme premixe, which is kickbox + bootcamp. Love this one.

if I were you I would choose Hard Strikes only if you love jumping jacks as there are a lot there! Otherwise go for Rockout knockout. I did this one only once, but as far as I can remember It was a bit easier for me than Hard Strikes. The latter really keeps your heart rate up all the time.

at this stage of my life distance from work has become my biggest problem. I work 40 km away from my house. It usually takes me 1.45 minutes to get to work using public means of transportation. Unfortunately I have to cross Milan just through the center, there's no other way. I take the car, a bus, the underground for an hour, another bus. If any of these has just got a little delay for any reason, well you can imagine what happens... Unfortunately it is not that easy to find another work, in Italy when you have one you hold to it. My workouts really help bring the tension away, that's why I try to be constant and put in one every evening even when I'm dead tired. Thanks for asking
Henriette, try to recover, then take it easy when you are back with your training.. It is always best to listen to your body and not force anything. Take care

Today was "rest". Had my breast ultrasound and the lump is irregular so also waited and had another biopsy (has one 17 months ago and everything was good). Spent a lot of time hanging around in waiting rooms in a chilly robe, so came home and spent much of the day with a heating pad on the sofa after getting things tidied. Ordered in Indian food tonight and watched War & Peace with DH.
Probably going for a hike tomorrow if weather is good for it.
