Range of weights for Pyramid?

Hi Cathe! You mentioned in one of your posts that you use a wide range of dumbells for the Pyramid sets (as I can see from the pictures!). What range are you talking about? I'd like to make sure I have the necessary weights by the time my order arrives. Thanks!

Hi Jeni,

Sorry, not Cathe but I think you would need to judge the range for yourself. Use what feels good to you. I have everything from 1 lb dumbbells up to 20 lbs. If that doesn't do it, off I'll go to the store to buy more! Woohoo! More weights. DH is gonna kill me! lol
