I'm bored, so humor me for a little bit here. If you HAD to choose one and only one of these things, which one would you choose. "All of the Above" is NOT an option!!! ;)

I'm also a vanilla ice cream girl. Syrup and cool whip too. I'll have to try the cinnamon. Luckily, I've been pretty good this week. I even passed up someone's chocolate birthday cake at work. It looked really good and was hard to pass up.

Well, it was a close call but in the end I voted for chocolate cake. I was wondering if it's possible to make a cake with chocolate chip cookie dough }( :9 :p
 
I could take or leave chocolate but I do recall going to the Eastern States Expo aka the "Big E" which is essentially a giant state fair for all of New England. Each state had it's own building which sold their specialty. Vermont had moo juice and the most phenomenal and heavenly just out of the oven chocolate chip cookies. I truly felt sorry for vegans and Tosca Reno that day....:9 :9 :9 :p :p

Well, to choose just one, I went with the cookies, especially right out of the oven on a cold, snowy day like today.
 
Chocolate cake makes my stomach hurt just looking at it. Not a cookie person or an ice cream person, either. I'm all about the apple pie. Even better - make it an apple (or any fruit for that matter) crisp. With a dollop of creme fraiche. Still warm. YUM!!!!
 
COOKIES!!!!!!!!!!! Chocolate chip are really the only kind.

Cuz --- my dear, wonderful mother mixes up a batch of chocolate chip cookie dough, but instead of making it into cookies, she spreads it into a rectangle cake pan and bakes it that way. It ends up having more of a cake-ey texture. I imagine it would taste fabulous with chocolate fudge icing, though Mom hasn't gone that far yet....
 
Vanilla ice cream .. MMM MM MMMM ... I don't really do sweets .. except vanilla ice cream .. my weakness .. oh and add some warm caramel and I am done!:p
 
Chocolate chip cookies. But not just any cookie. A Christie Company chocolate chip cookie. By far the best ever. Yum, yum.

In fact, I just had a homemade cc cookie from the batch that my aunt sent up from Florida for my son. :9
 
This was a toughie. I was torn between the chocolate cake and the chocolate chip cookies. I picked the cake. :9
 
Emily - your avatar picture cracks me up every time I see it. I'm sure there's a post somewhere explaining the "hat" but when I see it I know this is a lady with a sense of humor, a girl after my own heart. Love it!

ANyway, regarding THIS post, it is snowing like crazy today in central Ohio and I'm thinking a fresh-out-of-the-oven apple pie would be sooooo good! If only someone were at home making it for me right now...;-)
 
I'm a fruit pie gal myself. I LOVE apple pie, and I have a recipe that has cheddar cheese and a struesel topping...hmmmm, I haven't made that in a long time. Maybe next weekend when my stepmom comes for a visit!!!!
