On a recent post "Do I need Power Hour" you mentioned doing a rotation with PH and Firm's Vol 1. that gives you the skinny look real fast. Would you mind telling me what your rotation is like or includes. I would appreciate it very much.

It was a really simple rotation. Mon and Fri: Volume 1 Wed: PH. Then the next week I would flip it so that PH was done twice and volume 1 once. The other 3 days were cardio days. It always worked if I had to slim down.
