I love and own all of them Jane. I am sure you will too! I really don't have a favorite. I love the variety of all of them. I can't wait until the new one.
Hi there! "CC" refers to Cardio Coach. These are MP3 files you can download at the Cardio Coach website (http://www.cardiocoach.com/) and play on your iPod or MP3 player of your choice. They consist of a guided workout with music. Basically, your "coach" talks you through a warm-up and several challenges...each workout is slightly different in terms of the challenge intervals and duration.
They are a fun addition to a routine, I think! I love Cathe, but some days I just can't get into an indoor DVD workout. It's good to change things up from time to time and the CC workouts can be as hard as you want them to be. You could use them for any cardio activity, machines like the ellipse, bikes, walking, running, whatever.
