Questions about downloads vs. DVDs for Low Impact Series

Hi! Just wondering if the downloads contain all of the raw footage included in the DVDs (for example, if there is a premix which includes footage not in the main workout, is this footage included in the download?)? I want to make sure I can create all of the included premixes with the WB!

Not sure I have articulated that question very well .

Thanks so much! I just tried the WB for the first time today, and it is fantastic.

If we buy the download series, will there be a list of which premixes are included on the DVDs so we can re-create them?
