question on blast rotation for those who are doing it.....

Hi,

I just got my intensity DVD's and am getting ready to do the total body blast rotation. I notice that cathe has Cardio and weights back to back with PLB...this makes sense to me because C&W is definitely an upper body emphasis. But what about doing PUB (on day 7) back to back with Bootcamp (on day 1)? Isn't there upper body work in bootcamp? any insights are appreciated!!

Everything in BootCamp (cardio/upper/lower/abs) is just 1 minute. So you're not lifting any weight for longer than 1 min., and because it's so fast paced, you're using a lighter weight. I haven't experienced any problems with doing PUB following BootCamp. :)

I have 2 questions:
1. Do you do the 5 intervals from Imax before or after PLB?
2. Do you add extra cardio?
