I am really enjoying strength training and have been neglecting endurance type workouts. Am I doing myself more harm than good by not mixing them up? I am currently just doing the PS Series 3 times a week and then cardio 3 times per week and having a blast seeing how heavy I can go.
What are others thoughts on this way of training or working out? I do gradually increase my weights every week or so and am seeing wonderful strength progress.:7
