Hi Ladies...

Hope you don't mind answering this poll. I am just so curious, as you are all so educated and very fit, do you do Cathe exclusively? I know a lot of you run as well.

Personally, I teach aerobics and weight train and the health club where I train, but I add Cathe's videos in about 3 x per week. She is simply the best.

Thanks for taking the time to answer. It should be interesting to see how it comes out.

I run mostly for cardio but also do Cathe weights and some of her cardio especially kickbox and circuits. I do have the P90X series and I do those occasionally too...:)...Carole

Although I have slacked off weights for a while, I still do cardio and abs, I do strickly cathe when I work out with weights unless I just don't want to put in a dvd then, I just make it up as I go....
I don't have any other weight training dvd's other than cathe...
I do have billy bootcamp though, don't know if that counts as weight training or mostly cardio, forgot about him lol....

I do Cathe at home and get to the gym on the weekends when my husband can stay with my son. I like to take spinning classes & run.

Wow, I can't believe I'm the only one so far who does only Cathe. I don't know why but that surprises me.

I'm a total gym rat. Cathe's been my lifesaver for cardio--for days I can't get to the gym I can do one of her step workouts before work. But I do all my lifting at the gym, & I really like the arc trainer & recumbent bike for low impact cardio.

I Do Cathe ,The Firm (new and old )Mindy ,her Gliding too .. Tae Bo ,I just got All Live plus some more and Just Love it ! I rollerblade if that counts ! Hike the Mountians ,Oh and chase little kids all day !!! LOL... I did Cathe Hardcore only for 8 weeks right when I got it and put all other DVDs away And well I got burned out ...great results though . But I now mix it up alot . My last 6 weeks I've been doing Cathe GS Dvds 3days aweek and Tae Bo Live 3 days aweek ,.Its working well .I will be swiching it up this week .But honestly the one I cant live without is The Tae Bo Live !!!.I hope Cathe makes some new DVD's soon Too !!! :)
 
I mostly to Cathe DVD's but I do run on the treadmill sometimes and bike ride with the familyand some walking. I also have a spinner (have not been on it for awhile though).:) We also have weights in the garage that I will use to spend time with my DH once in a while.:)

Thanks SO much for answering!! I always learn so much from all of you. I thought it would be interesting to see the poll results. I have been a "gym rat" myself for over ten years, and I cannot see giving that up. But, the gym where I belong and teach now has "Pop in Video time, for when the aerobics room is unoccupied. So, you can pop in a DVD or Video and workout to whomever you like. I've had quite a few people join me with Cathe's videos...it's been great.

A lot of you have quite impressive home gyms and I really admire your dedication, too. Thanks again. You gals are the greatest:)
 
hey ladies-
I used to do The Firm mixed with some gym work but now I see no reason to do anything other than Cathe. I try to get in 5 workouts a week and she's such a great total workout, I feel no desire to do anything else unless I have to.

I have pretty much done Cathe exclusively since I found her about 6 months ago but soon I am going to start incorporationg Pilates into my routine again. (I had to stop in my 2nd trimester of pregnancy.)
I have many other work outs that I will probably do on occasion as well when I am looking for a change or just something easier....

I do a lot of Cathe's workouts! But as some of you know, I have hundreds of workouts at home (no, I'm not exaggerating), so I like to change up my routine often. So most times my weekly routine will include some Cathe workouts, plus some other wokrouts, plus a couple times at the gym for a pilates mat class (and maybe little extra cardio sometimes).

I do mostly cathe but also occasionally do tae bo live and the get ripped series. i also do cardio burn by the firm now and then. I like Bryan kests power yoga also. For weight lifting though it is all cathe.

In the winter, it's strictly Cathe. But in the warm weather, I have added cycling. It's so nice to just let your mind wander without worrying about messing up a step combo. You can solve some nagging problems when out on a long bike ride, or jog. But I hate jogging. bleah.

Since I found Cathe sometime last year, it's been Cathe ever since. However I do try to mix things up a bit using the StairMaster and/or treadmill. From time to time I may use the machines in my basement just to shock the body a little. Besides the gym has become sooooo boring to me. I don't care what dh or anyone else say about using machines, with the effects and results you can achieve. Personally I think the definition in my arms are due to w/o to Cathe. I'm solely hooked on Cathe, you get so much of a variety.....I love her personality.

i use cathe, many other dvd's, and go to the Y for swimming, cardio and weights too....just depends on my mood i guess
