Question for experienced Cathe-ites - better muscle def...

I am looking for better muscle definition. I have the Hard Core series already. I was wondering if I should add to it the PUB/PUL or the Slow & Heavy series? What do y'all think? Thanks!
 
For me personally I LOVE Slow & Heavy series. You'll definitely obtain more muscle definition by using this one. That's just my own opinion but really either one is excellent. Its your call. Kathy:D

Thanks! I know what will eventually happen - I will end up buying both. I just can't buy both now. I was leaning toward the Slow & Heavy - so I think you just help me make up my mind on which one to get first! :D
 
Sure, go ahead. The Pyramids and S&H are great workouts. It's a good idea to confuse the body and keep it guessing. Also watch what you eat. A big part of definition is keeping your body fat low.

I absolutely love both of these! But it seems like S&H really breaks plateaus FAST! But I do think you do need BOTH eventually! ;-) Seriously, though, I do like to follow a 3 week rotation of S&H with Pyramid's!

One good thing is that you can't lose either way!....whichever one you choose to start with is going to be good!

Ir you can only buy one now buy S&H!! Do a S&H rotation, and by the time you are done with that rotation maybe you will be able to purchase pyramids:D

Well I just placed my order for the Slow & Heavy series. I can't wait to get it now! I just hope I can get to the UPS man before my DH does! :eek:
