Hi Debbie,

I read all your posts and have decided to ask a question. I am 5'4, 208 pounds I carry all my weight in the middle, if I was to have a tummy tuck I wouldn’t look over weight. I don’t want to go that route; I want to do it the healthy way. I don’t want to gain muscle just lean out. What rotation would you suggest I follow? I have pretty much all Cathe's DVDs expect 4 day series. Also if you have time can you recommend a calorie range?

Kudos to you for not wanting to take the easy way out! I can tell you what calorie range you should be in if you give me your age. :)
 
Thanks so much, I was thinking about doing that rotation. I will clean up my eating (or at least try to) and I will post in four weeks what my results have been.
