question about Xtrain

I am about to purchase Xtrain but I see that some people did the 1rm tests. I am finishing up STS 3 month rotation and was planning on doing the 1RM test again since i've had such great gains

with Xtrain, do you print out workout sheets like with STS?? i can't seem to find that in the workout manager if you do.

XTrain Workout Cards

In the Workout Manager you first have to click on the Calendar Icon and then select then click on the "add workout " button in the upper right. Then select "Xtrain Workout Cards" from the dropdown. We only provide workout cards for the upper body XTrain workouts.

There really is no need to redo your 1RM test for exercises that were also in STS. We make it very easy in the Workout Manager to adjust your 1RM to match the weight you want to use. If you're not sure how to do this just let us know.
