Question about X10 Weight Training

Hi Cathe,

I did X10 this morning for the first time. I did the X77 premix and did all the sections because I wanted to see what the workout was going to be like. I enjoyed it, but I have one concern about the weight training. In each of the workouts, there's chest, shoulder, bicep, tricep, etc work with weights. How does this affect a workout the following day that's something like, an XTrain or STS weight workout? I always thought you're not supposed to do weights on back to back days, but are the weights heavy enough as well the number of reps a cause for concern. I'm asking this to Cathe, but any advice is appreciated!

I was wondering the same thing, even with Lean legs & abs. I find myself going heavier and leaving out a lot of the upper body work. Now with pushups, I try to some everyday. But the new workouts have quite a bit of shoulder work and I find it too much. So I would love to know the answer. And what about fitting in workouts like afterburn?
