Or none ...and are options shown if you have only 1? ...
So true! Since I'm still healing/rehabbing my knee, I think I won't use any balance prop at first. Then progress to one before I do two. Everyone needs to assess their own balance situation and proceed accordingly.Yep, I was reading on another place, that some are thinking of not using an additional
prop…….I guess we all need to do what works for us, and still get the benefits that we
can!
There are three workouts in the series that use balance discs. In Barre Fusion one disc is used for the lower body segments but can be omitted if you don't want the balance challenge. In the Upper body Balance Disc bonus two are used, but Jenn A only uses one throughout the workout as an option for those who only have one disc. The Lower Body Balance Disc Bonus uses two discs for the first couple of exercises, but then switches to one disc for the remainer of the routine.and are options shown if you have only 1? I think not, but I did notice in the intro clip that
on the pushups, Jenn is doing a different option behind Cathe, like an uneven pushup,
using only 1 disc.
