Question about use of discs in LM&R

and are options shown if you have only 1? I think not, but I did notice in the intro clip that
on the pushups, Jenn is doing a different option behind Cathe, like an uneven pushup,
using only 1 disc.
 
Yep, I was reading on another place, that some are thinking of not using an additional
prop…….I guess we all need to do what works for us, and still get the benefits that we
can!
So true! Since I'm still healing/rehabbing my knee, I think I won't use any balance prop at first. Then progress to one before I do two. Everyone needs to assess their own balance situation and proceed accordingly.

After the workouts come out, I'm sure Catheletes will share their experiences and experiments with various balance props, then we'll get a better sense of the options and our own needs.
