Question about the Official Intermediate Rotation

I start week three tomorrow and one of the workouts is listed as “Step portion of Step, Jump & Pump right into SUPER SETS”

Do you mean to do the Warm-up and 16 minutes of stepping from SJ&P and then follow it up with the entire SuperSets Workout? I’m probably overthinking this.

Not Cathe, but I've done this rotation. The SJP step is only about 16 minutes, SO do the warm-up & step of SJP, then skip the warm up of Super Sets, do the weights & cooldown/stretch. It'll be about an hour workout. Have fun ... i really enjoy the step portion of SJP!
