Not Cathe, but I've done this rotation. The SJP step is only about 16 minutes, SO do the warm-up & step of SJP, then skip the warm up of Super Sets, do the weights & cooldown/stretch. It'll be about an hour workout. Have fun ... i really enjoy the step portion of SJP!I start week three tomorrow and one of the workouts is listed as “Step portion of Step, Jump & Pump right into SUPER SETS”
Do you mean to do the Warm-up and 16 minutes of stepping from SJ&P and then follow it up with the entire SuperSets Workout? I’m probably overthinking this.
