Question about the Four Heavy Weight Bonuses that were Promised.

I realize that you may be busy but please take a moment to respond to my inquiry. Again, do you have a timeline as to when when we can expect the four bonus heavy weight workouts? Thank you.
 
Not Cathe here, and I'm not trying to speak for her. But I think we may need to have extra patience on these. Cathe did her first dedicated LIVE leg workout just 2 weeks ago and only used 10-15# Dbs. This week's LIVE she added in cardio & core to legs and sometimes used no weight herself. So altho she showed us short video clips of her hopping and going up/down stairs in her rehab journey and we think of her as superwoman, I'm not sure her knee is ready for the long grueling hours of rehearsals and filming. I think her silence is telling us something. I could be wrong & wish she could just tell us straight out, but I'm not sure she'd be comfortable doing that.

As an option & a way to get these bonuses into production, I'd be okay with her not lifting herself and coaching the crew through the weight workouts and maybe doing some educational tips on the muscles working & proper form, etc. I think we'd all understand and still enjoy the workouts.

I really appreciate your thoughtful perspective on Cathe’s situation. It’s clear you’re considering her recovery, and I agree that her silence might reflect how she's feeling. Patience is key as she heals. Your idea of her focusing on coaching and educating the crew is a great way for her to stay involved without pushing too hard on her recovery.

As I approach middle age, I’ve been reflecting on the longevity of my fitness journey, especially considering how much I’ve built over the years, injury-free so far. Still, I can’t help but wonder when I’ll need to start making significant modifications to accommodate aging. Definitely food for thought.

And, I also wonder if Cathe has any succession planning in place for her brand’s future.

Oooh - that's a good idea. Like she did for the 100 rep challenge bonuses in XTrain.

Like you, I'm guessing recovery from her knee surgery is tying a lot of things up. I'm reminded how my body gets final say in my fitness - and if I'm injured, no amount of wanting to push through to get something done is going to make me heal any faster. (And I'll only make things much worse if I force it.)

Do wish she'd say something about it, though, because, again, I'm really just assuming that's what's going on.
