Question about the description of Cardio Kicks........

I am considering getting a couple more of Cathe's tape and had a question? On the picture of Cardio Kicks under it, it tells how many minutes the different segments are, well they only add up to 36 min. whereas the written description says that the tape is 60 minutes long. Who is right? Would like to know so I can make a decision about what to purchase next.

Hi Annette -

The first 36 minutes of CK are the warmup and the combos that she teaches. After this there are intensity drills (my favorite part). There are about 8 drills and that segment lasts about 15 minutes (roughly). Then there's a cooldown and stretch. It's defnitely a good hour's worth of sweat.

Warm up -13 min.
Cardio - 40 min. (24 min. of cardio kickbox, 16 min. of power drills)
Stretch - 7 min.

CARDIO KICKS ROCKS! I did it yesterday and am feeling it in my lats and abs today. You will love it!
 
I too did this yesterday and am feeling it in my lats and arms today! I woke up wondering what the heck I did to get sore. I had PLB written down but it felt like I did upper body instead! Then I remembered I also added Cardio Kicks! It's a really fun workout! Susan
