Question about Resistance Band/Tubing for XTrain?

I have preordered XTrain and noticed that in some of the pictures, the cast is using resistance tubing with handles and not the green band that we know and love. I know that shopcathe.com sells equipment like bands and tubing, but could a link be posted to the correct band needed for the workout. Or does shopcathe.com sell the one needed for the workout. If so, I'd rather buy it here instead of trying to find it at Academy or Sports Authority. I already have firewalker loops, stability ball, med ball, weights, and slide and glide discs. I just want to make sure that I have all my equipment ready so when XTrain hits my mailbox, I can start right away!

Thanks!

I think I read somewhere that the medium resistance tubing will be used in XTrain. That's what is used in the LIS series.

XTrain Resistance Tubing

Yes, Cathe and the crew are using a medium resistance tube throughout the XTrain series. For most people this will be the correct tension, but it will depend on your strength and the resistance of your tube. The definition of "medium strength" varies from manufacture to manufacture"

Hi!

I just looked at shopcathe.com and is it this one?

Latex Resistance Toning Tube - Blue/Medium, Product Code: 1211410

Please let me know so I can order it if that's the right one!

What's the difference between the band and the tubing. Ok, I can see the difference, but can we just use bands, or do I need to buy tubing?

Thanks!

Nan

The tubing has foam handles, the bands don't. I think I'm going to just buy the tubing, its only $13 and I'd rather have the exact equipment Cathe & Crew use in the workout!
