How long does it take for Powerstrike to respond to an order? I know many of you have bought these tapes, and I just did on May 29, but I haven't received an e-mail notifying me that they have been sent.
Lynda, they are super workouts but the business end isn't as sharp. You don't usually get an email confirming your order from them and the turn around on getting the tapes is a tad slower than places like SNM or CIA. That's not a diss on their part..I think we just become spoiled by the turn around from bigger places. But they are worth the extra wait and lack of bells and whistles on the ordering end:7
E-mail them at [email protected] to inquire on your order status. I ordered mine on the internet but mailed a check to them instead of using a credit card and we exchanged several emails because the post office was slow in getting my check to them. They responded to my emails very promptly and courteously and emailed me when the tapes shipped.

I ordered mine on the internet with a credit card. I got an e-mail confirmation right away and a shipping confirmation with a tracking number about two days later. The only problem I had was when I placed my order I couldn't choose a shipping option for some reason (I kept getting an error message) it still let me complete my order I just wasn't charged for shipping. When I got my confirmation email from Powerstrike it said that they would charge me shipping seperately later. It's been about two weeks and I haven't gotten anything from them about the shipping charges. I'm afraid they might be kind of high because they shipped the videos FedEX Express. I really didn't want to pay for express shipping, I didn't mind waiting a few extra days for the videos. As it was they sat there for a week anyway before I finally did one (I haven't even done the other one yet). Anyway, this was just my experience with them.
Thanks, everyone! I guess they just sent them without an e-mail telling me they had. Their service is excellent even if their communications are a bit slow. I will try one of them on Friday--can't wait!
