Hi Cathe or anyone else who can answer my "dumb" question. I have just started the body blast rotation on Sunday and have noticed that in the weeks to come, there are two workouts on some days. For example, in the third week on Wed, I'm supposed to do KPC and SJP. My question is am I supposed to do these workouts back-to-back or am I just supposed to be sure to fit them both in on the same day, even if one is in the morning and one is in the afternoon? I know this is a basic question, but I realize that each rotation is set to work your muscles in a certain order and fashion, so I want to be sure to get the max benefit from the rotation!!!
