If that's the only reason you wouldn't get the workout, you can always modify the move (do a regular kick without the jump, for example). If you don't like super-high impact in general, then you would have problems with most of the second part of the workout.
IA with Kathryn--definitely don't let this one move discourage you from getting a fabulous workout. I love Kick Max--mostly for its variety--with the kickbox combos, the blasts & the leg conditioning drills--it's a very unique & effective workout.

Actually, I don't like this workout, and have gotten rid of it, so I don't consider it "fabulous," but someone who likes high impact, and likes more pivoty kickboxing, might.
