HI Cathe! First of all I would love to say you have been my inspiration to lead group fitness classes. So far I've been teaching pre-choreographed classes (Group Power, Group Kick). I would love to choreograph my own bootcamp interval style class. Do you choose the music first and then choreograph or vice versa? Also what bpm do you use for the high itensity cardio drills and what bpm do you use for the conditioning tracks? Do you also have any good sites for group fitness music? Sorry to be a pain.
