Question about circuit workuts

I was wondering if it is ok to do a circuit workout after doing a workout like muscle endurance the previous day? Would this be overtraining? I saw that this was done on the August rotation. If it's not overtraining, I would like to put this into my usual routine. If anyone else can answer, I would appreciate the responses.
 
I say if you feel you have the juice for it the day after a muscle endurance workout, by all means do a circuit workout. The answer might have been different if you were following a heavy training day with a circuit workout, but circuits traditionally are somewhat lighter in the weightloads so you should be okay.

Give it a whirl for 2-3 weeks and let your own body decide whether you're overtraining. I overdid it a bit myself last week (workout out Saturday through Sunday with sessions lasting between 90 and 180 minutes), and by Sunday a.m. I could barely get thru the first three intervals of I-Max 1. My legs told me "no more", and I think you too will know whether you're doing too much.
