Okay, here's the scoop...I am trying to shed body fat and lose roughly 10-15 more pounds. I am still trying to clean up my diet, but my questions refers to circuit training and rotations. Two days a week, I am doing a circuit (whether that be a cathe video-HIS, HST, LIC, etc...) or a circuit I created myself which alternates weight work for 20 reps x 3 sets with 30 sec of jump rope in between. Does the circuit training count for cardio? On the other days, I am trying to get 30 -45 minutes of cardio (jogging intervals, kickbox, step, rollerblade). I try to lift heavy, but I have very long limbs that do not put on muscle well, and a belly pooch that needs to be gone. Any and all help would be appreciated. To wrap up, here's the breakdown:

M-circuit
T-cardio
W-cardio
Th-circuit
Fri-light cardio (about 20 min)
Sat-circuit
Sun-off or yoga

Circuits do count as cardio in my book of training. :p Definitely. I really think you are doing way too much cardio.

You need to do maybe two total body workouts (i.e. Muscle Max or Power Hour - Pyramids even). Maybe do something like this:

Mon.: Total body
Tues.: Cardio
Wed.: Circuit
Thurs.: Cardio
Fri.: Total Body
Sat.: Cardio
Sun.: Rest

Thanks so much for the response. How long should the cardio sessions be? Also, I have been looking into the different body types, and I think I am a mix of meso/endo, does that make a difference?

Do about 45 minutes to an hour of cardio each session.

Your body type depends on what your goals are. If you want to build muscle then you should do more weight training during the week and less cardio. If you want to lean out and define yourself you should do more total body workouts and a little more cardio.
