! I actually did enter a body building competition about 13 years ago because I had to take time off to nurse an injury and was unable to do high impact activities. That was when I discovered I had a strong interest in weight training.

Hi Honeybunch! I placed first in my weight class but placed second overall. It was a very unique experience and that day had its place in my life, but truthfully, I like what I learned preparing for the show much more than the actual show itself.
Please do show us a picture from that Cathe. That would be fun to see. :-jumpy
I've also been hoping Lori H, Debbie, Aquajock, Mogambo, PRFit and others would show or provide us with a link to a picture. A flexing pic or something just for fun. It's been great to read your stories and would be even better to put a name to a face at last. How about it Cathe and fans?

I would love to see pics of everybody! Marlene and Maribeth to name 2 more! Getting your picture taken regularly is a great motivator, too. I have a pic here of Cathe- Cathe I hope you don't mind! I saved this pic of you because it's great!-

This is what I did. First, I saved this great picture of Cathe from a website I've forgotten now, I think it was "Beauty Buzz" with an interview.
Then, (beforehand) I had gotten premium web space (paid for it) just so I can store pictures with direct linking, from Geocities (Yahoo). I uploaded the pic to that space and that's where this one is linked to.
I could have linked it to the original site I found it on, but this was easier.
