Both are great series, but I find I get a lot more use out of the Pyramids. I use the Pyramids in a monthly rotation about 3 or 4 times a year. S&H on the other hand, I only use occaisionally, when I need to shake things up a bit. S&H is tough to do too many times in a row because it requires a lot of concentration (it is really SLOW and heavy). It's very effective, but so are the Pyramids, and they are much more enjoyable.
