Hi,
Im trying to decide between the pyramids and the slow/heavy, I already have pure strength and the gym styles, so Im leaning slightly toward the pyramids...Pls give me ur opinions..

Just wanted to say I voted for the pyramids, but I just got s&h and I love it. Very intense and will not be doing it for weeks at a time. But will add it into a rotation with the pyramids and gym styles.

I have pyramids lower body and love it. I do this workout about 2X's per week. I like the fact that this is a true body building workout and you can decrease/increase your weight as needed. I have been doing this workout for about 6 weeks and definitely see improvement in my lower body. I highly recommend this video.. I am going to purchase the dvd with both the lower/upper pyramid workouts, there are more exercise options on the dvd.
 
Both are great series, but I find I get a lot more use out of the Pyramids. I use the Pyramids in a monthly rotation about 3 or 4 times a year. S&H on the other hand, I only use occaisionally, when I need to shake things up a bit. S&H is tough to do too many times in a row because it requires a lot of concentration (it is really SLOW and heavy). It's very effective, but so are the Pyramids, and they are much more enjoyable.
