Pyramid lower body

I am worried that, doing this workout will make my thighs bulkier. How do i avoid getting bluky thighs. My weights are 20lb to 25 to 27lb. In fear of over bulking. I want to slim my hips & thighs. I do M. Mylrea Intreval Express, or run 4 to 6 miles for cardio. i am thinking of getting boot camp. I am new to Cahte's workouts. I usally do Voight, Firm & Mylrea.:) :)
 
I'm on my 7th week on the Pyramids and see no bulk. PUB is doing good things for my shoulders and PLB is just kicking my butt all over the place the whole time. Had to make myself do it last night and want to weasle out of my last week because it kills me. Cathe, what's a good weight series to follow up two months of the PYRAMIDS?
 
Just wanted to jump in and let you know that Cathe answered a similar question a few weeks ago, but I can't remember the heading. Anyway, she recommended doing 2-3 weeks of S&H, then the Pyramids followed by a PS rotation. Hope this helps!
