I am worried that, doing this workout will make my thighs bulkier. How do i avoid getting bluky thighs. My weights are 20lb to 25 to 27lb. In fear of over bulking. I want to slim my hips & thighs. I do M. Mylrea Intreval Express, or run 4 to 6 miles for cardio. i am thinking of getting boot camp. I am new to Cahte's workouts. I usally do Voight, Firm & Mylrea.
