Pyramid Lower Body (stab. ball section) question

Does anyone else's knees hurt when doing the in/out, inner thigh hip lifts using the stability ball? With the feet falling out to the sides my knees hurt. I feel it in my inner thighs, so I must be doing at least part of it correctly, but I'm sure I'm not supposed to feel discomfort in the knees. Any insight? Am I doing it incorrectly?

Thanks, everyone.

Idon't think you should have discomfort in your knees. Maybe try having your feet closer together or don't let them fall so far apart? Good luck! PLB is one of my favorite lower body workouts. I usually have DOMS for days in my hamstrings b/c of the floor work that follows the standing work.

You should not be feeling discomfort in the knees. Just a thought here, could you have the ball too far "up" your leg? I would try to put the ball "lower", closer to the calf area. You may half to fiddle around with the ball location to reach a comfortable spot. I know I have to mess around with it a bit to feel right.

My feet get tingly like i'm losing circulation so I have to put my feet back down and rest a minute then put them back on the ball. pretty weird huh.

I posted an almost identical question to this a little while ago, so I understand you! I just try to do what I can and if it starts to hurt real bad, just use the step or just my body weight.
