Pyramid DVD - how to find premix section

I bought my Pyramid DVD from a new seller on Amazon. When it arrived the divet in the case that holds the DVD in was broken, the DVD was scrated (but still plays okay), and the case cover looks like it was color photocopied.

My question: So far I had not been able to get to the section on the DVD to pick premixes. Is my DVD not working right or is the section hidden somewhere and hard to find?

I'm doing PUB today, so I'll take a look, but I think the premix option should be right on the first screen (in other words, you shouldn't have to hunt for it). That's how all Cathe DVDs seem to be.

I also believe it is on the front menu, bottom left for Pyramid Upper Body, bottom right for Pyramid Lower Body.

I would recommend getting future Cathe DVDs from Cathe. That way you know you're getting an authentic product.

Yep, I got myself a faulty DVD. I finally found the premix section in the middle of the DVD (after the lower body workout section), but it doesn't work quite right.

Next time I will buy direct. Thanks the the help.

I've bought all my dvd's from http://advancedworkouts.com/

Everything is guaranteed including if you don't like it. BUT how can you not like a Cathe dvd?

My husband showed me this, you can tell a real dvd from a fake by flipping it over, if it's authentic, the name of the company or dvd is printed, sometimes hard to read, but for example, I'm looking at a barry's bootcamp dvd right now, and on the back around, sort of around the hole, BARRYS BOOTCAMP is printed, along with some other text. But a copied dvd would never have the company's name printed on the back.

I hope I'm explaining this clearly.
