Does anyone know what does this premix enatil? How long is it? Is there a list of chapters I can look at that this workout includes?

I've never done this premix but I've heard it's just about an hour (give or take a few minutes). I don't know exactly what it consists of, though. Hopefully someone else can help!
 
It is the "up" part of the pyramid from both workouts. I belive its like 2 lower body segments and then 2 upper body segments until the whole thing is thru (but that part may not be right) There are 2 sets of the leg presses, one towards the beginning and one towards the end. There is no leg floor work or ab work (but you can tack the abs on at the end) I believe the warm up and the cool down are both from the the lower body disc. It comes in at around an hour.

I appreciate the helpful responses. I'm going to give it a go soon, once I do PLB, as I just did PUB for the first time this morning.

So far, I am really liking the format of this DVD but would love a total body option, so it's good to know I get to have my cake and eat it too (if only it were a part of clean eating!).
