Good Morning!:)

My shopping trip was somewhat of a success, I do have a 25 pound turkey now,just not at the price I wanted to pay.:( I could go on a rant, but I will take a deep breath instead. How zen of me, right?

Today is Tracey's Step Sweatfest. I got home late yesterday and had not worked out yet(HIS/BC)....so I guilted(is that a word?) myself into doing it, yay for guilt!;) I don't know how some of you ladies work out at night, I am a morning exerciser. Needless to say, I'm a little sore this morning.

Robin, I'm sorry you have to work on Thanksgiving.:( Were you able to get in your KB last night?

Tess, I saw you were looking for Firm Body Sculpt, someone has it listed on the swap thread. It's a dvd I believe. I also agree with Vicki, I also have a Proform Treadmill.

Gin, I also have days where my HR is higher than normal on workouts. But I also go through days where it is lower than it should be on certain workouts. I just chalk it up to my energy levle, time of month, hormones.;-) :+ Good luck on your procedure today!

Good Morning PYGFOers!

Today was BC/Bis and Tris. I think that workout takes the prize for using ALL of my equipment!! My workout space was like a tornado had hit the room when I was through!
Took the day off and am going to the dr in a minute for my fun procedure. I am ready to have this behind me!
Did you guys see the NY Times article that Heather posted? Exciting! The pic brought back fun memories from the RT!!

Michelle--I saw your Thanksgiving menu on another post....yum! I'm with you on the "prefer the morning workout" thing! I dont have the energy at night. Happy 23rd Birthday on Saturday!!;-) ;-) You look mah-velous!

Hey you guys! Yuck, it's rainy and gloomy and cold here.

Gin: best of luck today. I am thinking of you!! Oh, where is the article Hetaher posted? I can't find it??

Okay, so can we discuss HIS??? So, I get started, and you know, I'm following along nicely, a couple of glitches here and there, but to be expected. I'm feeling pretty smug, like, hey, it's tough but not THAT tough. Then, that third intensity blast comes( I think it's the third one?) You know, the one where you switch over in like 6 positions, kinda jump back with one foot on teh step but all around the step... Yea, so now I'm like, wow, that's kinda confusing. I continue on to that fourth combination... well, let's just say, I pressed stop. I felt so defeated. Now, I am not usually that choreographically challenged girls, I mean, I dance and I teach class. But holy smokes, I gave up. I will def. try again, but I popped in Turbo Jam ( for the first time) and actually had a ball! Not that hard, but lots of fun. It was something different at least. I couldn't pop in another Cathe at that point, I was sort of upset with her at the moment and also kind of embarrassed just in case she could really see me screw up through my TV screen. ;-) At least I stayed with it for 18 minutes!

So, I have been doing housework all morning, I teach at one place today at 3:30 then teach again at 6:30 at the studio. So, those will be my workouts for today. I have actually finally spent a little time studying for my Fitness Nutrition Coach certification as well. I really want to get that done soon!

Off to get another load of laundry in. Have a great day girls...

I relaxed with Stretch Max yesterday morning and had fun with Lower Intensity Step this morning. I can match Cathe’s weights for all the shoulder work now! Yippee! I am getting stronger.

I was surprised when I saw the New York Times article this morning to say the least. I had no idea that my picture would be published and never dreamed that I would see my picture in the style section of the New York Times. Loving Cathe is a big adventure! LOL! I am so glad I fixed my hair and wore all black that morning. LOL!

I am looking forward to enjoying the Kickbox cardio premix in the morning.

Vicki...Keep plugging away at HIS. You will get it. It took me several tries, but it is so fun when it all comes together. I am going to try out the new Amy's this weekend. I am sure I will be feeling very frustrated by the time I am done!
