Hello.
Today was cardio from 4DS KB/BC and all of the upper body weights. I just can't stay away from these workouts---they are so much fun!! I have to admit that I will probably split the weights up next time. By the time I got to biceps and triceps, I could not lift as heavy or complete as many reps as the first time I did these. I really like these weight sections, but for now, I think I will benefit better from spliting them up. There are so many options though. I may try the back/bi split next time and add on another back/bi workout from another series.
Michelle...I agree---I am always up for more cardio workouts. I need to pull the first step boxing workout out again too. I like the 2nd one because it is longer than the original. I think you will have fun with it.
Gin...How was PS? I think that is the only weight series that I don't have. I am tempted to purchase, but may wait until the mp3 options are out. DH seems to be doing well. Thanks for asking

He is limping around, but doesn't seem to be in too much pain.
Tess...Please let us know how you like P90X. I am so tempted, but I may wait awhile. I need to learn all of my new ones before I but another series (I think).
Carolyn...I am so sorry to hear about your DS friend. That is very tragic, especially since they thought he would be okay. I will be thinking about your family and the boy's family as well.
