Hello.
I thought I would start us off for the week. Yesterday I did 4DS LIS/HIS cardio and LIS calves and core. I wanted to do the shoulder segment too, but Finley woke up. I wasn't able to do anything today. I also had a bad eating day

Tomorrow I plan on working a full day and then working out at the gym. It will all depend on if I get any sleep or not.
Laura...Have a great trip!! The beach sounds wonderful!! I am sure it will be a slow week around here without you. Please tell us all about your trip when you get back.
Gin...Yes, it was Lisa Marie Presley. DH and I were a little disappointed b/c we wanted a name that wasn't very common. Now we are afraid some people will decide to use that name. Oh well, we still like it

Randi...Did you nap or workout? Yesterday I chose to w/o. Today, I chose a cat nap. I wish I had worked out, but Finley is STILL going to bed between 230-300 each night. It is really hard to motivate myself to do a lot right now!!
