Hello.

I thought I would start us off for the week. Yesterday I did 4DS LIS/HIS cardio and LIS calves and core. I wanted to do the shoulder segment too, but Finley woke up. I wasn't able to do anything today. I also had a bad eating day:(.
Tomorrow I plan on working a full day and then working out at the gym. It will all depend on if I get any sleep or not.

Laura...Have a great trip!! The beach sounds wonderful!! I am sure it will be a slow week around here without you. Please tell us all about your trip when you get back.

Gin...Yes, it was Lisa Marie Presley. DH and I were a little disappointed b/c we wanted a name that wasn't very common. Now we are afraid some people will decide to use that name. Oh well, we still like it:). I hope you are enjoying your running. I bet Cathe will have a good answer for you regarding STS and training for a half.

Randi...Did you nap or workout? Yesterday I chose to w/o. Today, I chose a cat nap. I wish I had worked out, but Finley is STILL going to bed between 230-300 each night. It is really hard to motivate myself to do a lot right now!!

Hi Ladies!

I ran this morning and just finshed DM cardio drills tonight. I don't usually have the energy to workout at night, but I guess I did today!:p
I went to my 30th HS reunion this weekend and it was more fun than I thought it was going to be. I saw people that I remembered in elem. school, whcih was a LONG time ago!!
I signed up for a 5K held at the school on Sat. I haven't done a race in ages.

Lara~ When is your DH's HS reunion? Will tomorrow be your first full day back at work? Hope all goes well. You had a good workout yesterday! Is Finley still waking up in the night?

Laura~ Thanks for letting me know about the Peeps thread. I may have to check it out. Enjoy your trip.
