Hey, where are all my PYGFO pals?
Laura, I'm glad your life has "settled down." I'm still waiting for mine to.
Vicki, are you packed?
Michelle, are Vicki and Tess going to be seeing you?
Tess, oh the couch woes!
Gin, are you walking or running today? Or something else?
I had to take my MIL to the doctor this afternoon. He found that she is bleeding somewhere in her GI tract, probably the result of the large amounts of Advil she takes for arthritis. Others have told her to take the Advil with food and another doctor gave her prilosec to take to help protect her stomach, but she refused to take it. I had to take her to the hospital to get STAT blood work, then back to the home in time to get dinner. Then I had to run to the drug store to get tylenol to replace her Advil. I ended up getting home way to late to do the workout I had planned. I did about 30 minutes of lifting, then had to get to work preparing for my niece's arrival tomorrow. Sigh. Laura, like I said, it never settles down.
Hope you all had a better day. See you tomorrow.
