<--- hurt her shoulder during M1 and needed about a month off
<--- was going to start M2 but didn't feel ready after the long break
<--- decided to do a 4-DS rotation before trying M2 because <--- doesn't want to do M1 again. ;)
<--- LOVES STS and plans to resume with M2 ASAP
<--- wonders if Catherine is finished with STS

<--only did Meso 1 for the legs and haven't been able to get back to that fully yet
<--so <--went on with just upper body and resumed doing modified lower body
<--hopes to do the "whole" thing one day ;)
