Pushups and Low Ends

I don't know which of these I dread more, but the results are good so I do them. What part of your w/o do you dread the most????
 
I used to love push ups when I was able to do them. Now I hate low ends, ab work, and the jumping plie jumps. Oh I also really hate leg presses. I just hate them. I know that they work but ugh, . . .nothing brings out the moaning and complaining more than leg presses.
 
I dread low end lunges on the step, the 180 turn squat jumps in the HIIT. Squat thrusts are a bitch too! ha ha.

I've grown to love the other forms of torture Cathe has created.:cool:
 
Low ends on static lunges...I hate them right after a workout when I can't feel my legs walking up the stairs, gripping the rail for dear life. But I hate them WORSE the next day when it hurts to walk, talk, get in the car, get out of the car, and pretty much everything else...Ahhhh...Fire in the theigh?

Pushups, sit ups, horse stance (ouchie my butt!) and this one hill at the end of my runs. I can't get home without going up, but that said my touchie is in better shape than the rest of me.
 
I hate the 180 degree turn things from HIIT too... I usually substitute mountain climbers in there
I also dread the diamond jump in iNsanity... I really hate those! And the wide power jumps :(

I also don't like plain old alternating legs/same legs front lunges. They just really get to me.. I don't mind the static ones really! Even with the low ends!!!

Having said this... I love to hate all the exercises! They hurt soooo good ;)
