A check-in is where you discuss with others in your group anything you feel comfortable sharing. It could be what workout you did that day, or anything really, health/fitness related ect. In my other check-in, we talk about everything. Personal matters, kids, challenges in our lives, work, questions about workouts (Cathe or non-Cathe). I love my group, everyone is so nice and motivational. A great group of ladies. I guess I am gonna have to do more push-ups now......
Are you doing the LIS/STS 1 month rotation w/STS Total Body? Perhaps I can do that rotation in March.......unless Cathe comes out with another great one and then I'm stuck choosing. I loved her Feb rotation!! It was THE BOMB!!!
