Push up challenge

I love the name of the check-in group! But, for someone like me who's never been a part of a check-in, what is a check-in? What does it entail? Do you just go to the check-in and talk about what pushups you did that day or your workout? .... I feel a little bit out of the loop as I've never done this before. And you know new things scare me a little! Ha! :D:eek: Someone fill me in please!

A check-in is where you discuss with others in your group anything you feel comfortable sharing. It could be what workout you did that day, or anything really, health/fitness related ect. In my other check-in, we talk about everything. Personal matters, kids, challenges in our lives, work, questions about workouts (Cathe or non-Cathe). I love my group, everyone is so nice and motivational. A great group of ladies. I guess I am gonna have to do more push-ups now......:eek:

Are you doing the LIS/STS 1 month rotation w/STS Total Body? Perhaps I can do that rotation in March.......unless Cathe comes out with another great one and then I'm stuck choosing. I loved her Feb rotation!! It was THE BOMB!!!

Hi Natasha!

I actually just started the Nov LIS rotation yesterday. I know, I know - an odd time of the month to begin a rotation, but that's what worked out for me. I was going to start it a week or two ago, but I got sidelined by the new STS total body DVD, which I did a few times. :D

I am very much interested in the LIS/STS rotation with Total Body. I'm going to see how this rotation goes now, the one I'm just starting, but I am thinking I might do that one next. I love how it sounds like the Nov LIS rotation really works the lower body. I need all the help I can get!

Thanks for answering the question about check-ins. That's kind of what I figured, but I didn't know if there was more to it than that. It'll be nice to have other people to hold me accountable and encourage me. Sounds like fun! -Kara-
 
Just heard the old Salt n Pepper song "Push It" on the radio. Now that is one crazy sign... Prince's Purple Rain is on now ...wonder what that means. :) probably a sign I need to change the station.
