I just did this tonite as my first Body Blast workout and I LOOOOVE it. I was dripping with sweat and shaking like a Chihuahua. I'm still shaking as I type this. The key to this workout is mental preparation and going heavy. The reps are shorter than Cathe's other total body workouts and in some exercises you don't use any weights. I used Cathe's poundage to start out with. The reps are slow enough that it's not a problem to go heavy...even heavier than Cathe. This is a Cathe dream workout for me because it's short, effective and there's more stability ball work. Way to go Cathe! You're the best. Can't wait to try all the other workouts.
