I'm doing a rotation incorporating this series and I was wondering if there was a list anywhere of the weights Cathe uses? I did legs this morning and she didn't mention anything she was using. I like to use her weights as base line for mine. I searched on the forums but couldn't find anything.
If anyone know I'd appreciate it, thanks!
 
I only have some of them. Here goes:

PS Chest, Shoulders & Tris

Seated Clean & Press - Cathe says light weight. For set 1, she used 8# and set 2, she used 5#
Standing Side Lateral Raise - she says go moderate to heavy
Dbbl French Press - 8#
Cross Body Kickbacks - 8#
Dips with Barbell - 35#

ETA: The format I follow is to list each exercise, then number of sets x number of reps, then dumbbells or barbell, and lastly the weight she uses. For example, the first exercise below is one set of 8 reps on each leg using 2 5# dumbbells (one in each hand). Barbell is total weight, including plates and the bar. So for a 45# barbell, I use a 15# bar with 2 10# plates and 2 5# plates.

Here's what she uses for legs:

Warm up front lunges 1x8 DB 2x5
Warm up dips 1x8 DB 2x5
Front lunges 1x8 DB 2x15
Dips 1x8 DB 2x15
Static lunges 2x16 BB 45
Alternating Side lunges - Body Bar 1x32 15
Plie squats 1x16, 1x8 3ct hold, 1x8 BB 45
Step ups 12" step, 2x12 DB 2x15
Squats 1x16, 1x4 3ct hold, 1x8 BB 45
Sit-n-stand - 16" step, 1x10 BB 45
Quarter dead lift 2x12 BB 45
Calf raises - 2x4 board 32/40/8ct/36/8ct Y
Inner Thigh - Body Bar 32/16/8 15#
Outer Thigh - Body Bar 32/16 15#
Double Hamstring hip lifts - 8" step, Body Bar 4 quick, 54 slow 15#
Single Hamstring hip lifts - 8" step, 1x64 R/L no wt

Isn't there another site that had Excel spreadsheets listing the weights and equipment Cathe uses in all her videos?
