ETA: The format I follow is to list each exercise, then number of sets x number of reps, then dumbbells or barbell, and lastly the weight she uses. For example, the first exercise below is one set of 8 reps on each leg using 2 5# dumbbells (one in each hand). Barbell is total weight, including plates and the bar. So for a 45# barbell, I use a 15# bar with 2 10# plates and 2 5# plates.
