Would someone please give me the Format for PS series (other than Legs/Abs) ~ that was the only one that was completed. "They" did a copy and past from the Equipment Needed into the Format section. I'm trying to set up a rotation, and these are the only VHS I have so I dont know the exact breakdown (timewise).

Do you want DVD title and chapters or just time breakdowns? Here are the times....they are listed in the catalog.
PS BBA:
WU 4 min.
Back 12 min.
Biceps 12 min.
Abs&Lower Back 10 min.
Stretch 4 min.

PS CST:
WU 4 min.
Chest 10 min.
Shoulders 10 min.
Triceps 10 min.
Stretch 3 min.
