purchsed, the step at walmart, with video, DVD inside case stolen

i just bought the step at walmart. i didn't realize that it had come with a workout. the box was open. thinking someone just wanted to look at the product. there was only two boxes of the step and both were open. so i bought one any ways. i got it home and emptied the contense and saw the dvd case and looked inside of the case and it gone. the case is broken on the bottom. i'm unsure of what to do. if i take it back i don't want a refund because i want the step so that i could use it on another workout video. but i would also have liked to have this one. and if i took it back i would have the chose of the other box and that box was also open. i would just like some advice about what i should do because i really wanted this video. the video that was suppose to come with it was Basic Step. so if anyone could give me some advice that would be great. thanks

My guess is that because WalMart carries this product regularly you will get some sort of rain check until next shipment comes in.... At the very least you'll get some $$ knocked off because you paid for entire thing. Take it back soon and see what happens. They cant "force" you to leave the merchandise with them!

I would take it back. If they don't have a new shipment of steps, I would return it. Then I would go to Target, spend a little more, and buy the step there. I think the step at Target is a little bigger and includes Basic Step and Body Fusion dvd. The dvd with the step at Walmart only includes Basic Step with a 10 min ab workout.

You could try Dick's too. I purchased my step there. It is the same size as the one Cathe uses in most of her workouts and it came with Basic Step and Cardio and Weights.

If they do not have the have a replacement have the store locate on so you do not have to wait for your step.But definitly replace it you paid for it. Walmart is great about returns they should not give a problem.
