Puerto Vallarta Trip Pics

Thanks for sharing these Jean.My DH and I are toying with the idea of spending a week kayaking in the Sea of Cortez next spring for our 30th anniversary. I don't think we will get down to Puerto Vallarta though.

WOO HOO, Jean! In a binkini...you ROCK, girl! I'm so sorry I haven't looked at your pictures sooner! You look awesome, as usual. Now, if I can only get you to run my next marathon WITH ME! LOL

Let's chat soon!

Robin - a week kayaking in the Sea of Cortez for a honeymoon? I'm sighing in envy... What a trip!

Great pictures!...my husband are planning on going to Puerto Vallarta in AUG...what hotel did you stay at? We were looking at the Dreams in Puerto Nuevo.

Thanks.

My DH and I just got back yesterday from Puerto Vallarta. It was such a fun trip. I enjoyed your pictures since I just saw many of the same sights myself. Where were you staying? We were at the Vallarta Palace in Nuevo Vallarta. It was a great all inclusive resort.

ETA: I just looked at more of the pictures and it looks like you stayed at the Vallarta Palace too!! What a small world :)

Sarah & Jacque:

Jacque, that is too weird. We stayed at Vallarta Palace in Nuevo Vallarta too. How long were you there for? Hopefully not when I was there, because you would have been laughing at me the night I got fall down drunk in the lounge.

Sarah: Our hotel was north of the airport. We had looked at Dreams( which is south of downtown), but found a good deal at the Palace resort that we couldn't pass up. The Palace resorts can be very expensive during prime seasons. We just happen to hit the laul between the college spring breaks and the Easter breaks and had a decent deal. We drove past Dreams on a tour and it look beautiful from the outside. It has a private beach, where the water looked pretty calm. Our hotel was very nice. The one problem with it is, since it is in Nuevo Vallarta, it is far from activites. Downtown is 45min cab drive. The zip line tour was over an hour away. Although we had to take cabs, we still had a wonderful time and would love to go back sometime. Hope you have as much fun in August. I have heard that their rainy season is July through Sept. so be perpared and check into that before you go.

Great pics Jean! And you look great in that bikini! I just love Mexico. I've never seen Puerto Vallarta (well, except for on The Love Boat but I don't know that they ever actually showed it) so it was great to see your pictures. Glad you had fun!
