I don't think that anterior delts need to be worked separately, as they get lots of work from all chest-pressing exercises, like bench presses and push-ups. Several books I've read suggest the same. The overhead press engages all three heads of the delt, including the anterior deltoid. I've found that eliminating most isolated anterior delt moves (I still do some once in a while) while making sure to do posterior delt moves really helps with posture as well, and makes for better balance of muscles around the shoulder joint.
